Projects and navigation

A project organises the data for one monitored website. The selected project provides the context for rankings, keywords, audits, competitors and reports.

Step by step

  1. Open Projects in the sidebar.
  2. Select a project from the list. If you have many projects, use the “Search project” field.
  3. Switch between the Rankings, Changes, Keywords, SEO Audit, Competitors, Backlinks and Reports tabs.
  4. To return to the website overview, select “Project list”.

Adding a project

If you have the required permissions, an add-project form is available in the project list. Enter the name, domain, country, language, location and tracking mode. Then add your keywords.

Check the selected project name before importing data, running a check or generating a report.

Keywords: adding and managing

Keywords are the search queries for which the system tracks your website’s position in search results.

Step by step

  1. Open Projects → Keywords.
  2. In the “Add keywords” section, optionally enter a group name, such as “Services”.
  3. Enter queries in the “Keywords — one per line” field. Put each keyword on a separate line.
  4. Click “Add keywords” and check the project’s list.

What does the table show?

Each keyword shows its group, status, current and best ranking, and the date of the last check.

Pausing and resuming

Use “Pause” next to a keyword, or select several rows and choose “Pause selected”. Use “Resume selected” to resume tracking. Deleting and pausing are different actions — choose pause if you only want to stop monitoring temporarily.

Importing and exporting keywords

You can enter queries manually or import them from CSV. A separate ranking history import is used to transfer earlier measurements.

Step by step

  1. Find “Import CSV” in the Keywords tab.
  2. Prepare a file with a “Fraza” (keyword) column and an optional “Grupa” (group) column. The supported separator is a semicolon or comma.
  3. Select the file, optionally enter a default group and use “Import CSV”.
  4. To download the project’s list, choose “Export CSV” or “Export PDF” in the “Export keywords” section.

Example CSV structure

Fraza;Grupa
example keyword;Services
another example;Products

Keyword exports include the list, statuses and latest rankings. Prepare a full report for a selected period in the Reports tab.

Rankings and measurement history

The Rankings view shows the project summary and a day-by-day history of results.

Step by step

  1. Open Projects → Rankings and check the date of the last measurement.
  2. Select Desktop or Mobile if the project supports both devices.
  3. Set the history range and use the TOP3, TOP10, TOP20, TOP30, gains or drops filters.
  4. Find a keyword in the table. Compare the “Now” column, daily results and chart.

How to read the results

IndicatorMeaning
1–3 / 4–10 / 11–20 / 21–30Colour-coded ranking ranges.
30+A result outside the displayed TOP30.
— / missingNo measurement in this cell. This does not automatically mean a result outside the TOP30.
▲ / ▼ / =Improvement, decline or no change compared with the reference measurement.

TOP groups are cumulative: a keyword in position 2 is also in the TOP10 and TOP20. Visibility is a metric calculated from tracked keywords, not the number of website visits.

Check now

This button runs an additional check. You can also select keywords in the first column and use “Check selected keywords”. Review the cost shown in the dashboard before starting. Switching the Desktop/Mobile view only changes the results you see; changing the tracking mode and clicking “Save” changes the project configuration.

Changes and average ranking

The Changes tab helps you assess longer-term trends using saved history.

Step by step

  1. Open Projects → Changes.
  2. Select an available period, such as 1M, 3M or 6M.
  3. Compare changes since the last check with changes over the entire selected period.
  4. Use the “Gains”, “Drops” and “Average ranking” buttons to view the corresponding chart series.

The dashboard highlights the biggest gain, biggest drop and best keyword. A lower ranking number, such as moving from 12 to 5, means improvement. A project with a short history may not cover the entire selected period.

PDF and Excel reports

A report collects data for the selected project, period and device into a downloadable file.

Step by step

  1. Open Projects → Reports.
  2. Choose a range. For “Custom date range”, enter start and end dates within the available history.
  3. Select the device and format: PDF or Excel (XLSX).
  4. Click “Generate report”. Once it is ready, find the file under “Generated reports” or “Downloads”, if that section is available on your account.
  5. Use the download button next to the appropriate report.

What does Excel contain?

AI Copywriter

AI Copywriter creates articles on a topic you provide. You can choose the length, number of H2 headings and additional instructions.

Step by step

  1. Open AI Copywriter → Copywriter.
  2. Enter the article topic or title.
  3. Choose a length of 250, 500 or 1000 words and the number of H2 headings.
  4. Add instructions, such as the intended audience, tone and examples to include.
  5. Check the cost and select “Generate article”. Once generated, review and edit the content, then download the DOCX file.

Example additional instructions

Write for a small shop owner. Use plain language, give three practical examples and avoid unverified statistics.

Article history

Articles from the last 30 days are in the current history; older articles are in the “30–90 day archive”. After 90 days, they are permanently deleted. Download the DOCX file to keep the text.

The dashboard states that Credits are charged after content is successfully generated; an API error does not reduce the balance.

AI: product descriptions

This module prepares product-page content from the data you provide.

Step by step

  1. Open AI for Online Stores → Product Descriptions.
  2. Enter the product name, brand and actual specifications: material, dimensions, intended use or other relevant features.
  3. Choose a tone of voice and optionally provide SEO keywords.
  4. Select the elements to generate: product description, short description, SEO metadata, features and benefits, and FAQ.
  5. Choose the description length, add instructions, check the cost and click “Generate”.

How to prepare good input data

Separate technical specifications from benefits. Include units and values that match the specification. If a parameter is unknown, do not guess it.

Before publishing, check that the description matches the product, especially dimensions, included equipment, compatibility and warranty terms. Transfer the approved content to the appropriate fields in your store.

  5. Select “Generate” and compare the result with the source material.
Shorten the description while preserving all specifications and units. Remove repetition. Do not add new uses or promises.

Rewriting does not replace fact-checking. Check that the result preserves the numbers, names and meaning of the original.

SEO Credits and limits

The plan determines access and feature limits. SEO Credits cover selected additional operations.

Step by step

  1. Before generating AI content or running an additional check, review your balance and the cost displayed beside the form.
  2. Choose the required scope, text length or number of keywords.
  3. If an operation is unavailable, check the plan, balance and account permissions.
  4. If an error occurs, read the message before retrying.

An article in AI Copywriter may cost a different amount from a description in AI for Online Stores, even at the same length. The amount displayed in the relevant form applies.

Screenshots show an administrator account. The high balance and “unlimited” messages shown do not describe customer account terms.

  3. Follow the import form instructions and select your prepared files.

Frequently asked questions

Before reporting an issue, check the project, device, date range and permissions.

Why can’t I see results?

The project may not yet have measurements, or the selected period may fall outside the available history. Also check the device and keyword status.

Why does the result differ from a manual search?

Location, language, device, measurement time and search personalisation all matter. Compare results using the same settings.

Why are some features locked?

Access depends on the plan and permissions. An inactive button does not necessarily indicate a malfunction.

Does AI publish the text for me?

The forms described prepare content. Review the result and transfer the approved material to your website or store.

How do I report an issue?

Use the available “Support / Tickets” option or help button. Include the module, action, time of the incident and error message. Do not send passwords or API keys.
